We recommend the 60-second Automated Facial Zone Programme. • Gently remove eye make-up by hand using eye make-up remover. Do not use the device around the delicate eye area. • Moisten your face and the cleansing brush with warm water. • Apply a little facial cleanser onto your skin, or directly onto the brush. Do not use cleansers which contain exfoliating particles. • Switch on device and select the programme of your choice. • Press the brush gently against your skin and move in small circular motions. Avoid the eye area. You will feel light vibration. • When the programme is complete, rinse your face with clean, warm water and gently pat your skin dry with a soft towel. • Rinse the brush thoroughly and allow to dry naturally. Avoid the eye area. You will feel light vibration. • When the programme is complete, wipe any residual moisturiser from the massage head with a damp cloth. PROGRAMME 1: 60-SECOND AUTOMATED FACIAL ZONE PROGRAMME A perfect choice especially when you first start using the device! The 60-second Automated Facial Zone Programme is designed to time your facial cleansing and exfoliation - forehead 20 seconds, nose, upper lip and chin 20 seconds in total, cheeks 10 seconds each. Yes — every product we sell is sourced directly from Oriflame Sweden. We're an authorized distributor based in Beirut, so what you receive is exactly the same formula sold in Stockholm.

How long does delivery take in Lebanon?

Beirut and surrounding areas usually receive their order within 1–2 business days. Other governorates take 2–4 business days. Free delivery on all orders over $75.

Are these products safe for sensitive skin and eyes?

Our formulas are dermatologically tested and designed for sensitive use, including delicate eye-area applications like mascara. If you have a known allergy, we recommend doing a patch test before first use and reviewing the ingredient list.

Are Oriflame products cruelty-free?

Yes. Oriflame has not tested its products or ingredients on animals since 1989 and is a long-standing signatory of the Humane Society International's #BeCrueltyFree commitment.

How do I apply mascara for the best volume?

Start at the base of your lashes and wiggle the wand as you move upward — this fully coats each lash. For maximum volume, apply a second coat while the first is still slightly wet. Avoid pumping the wand inside the tube (it pushes air in and dries the formula).

How long does one tube of mascara last?

Used daily, a tube typically lasts 3–4 months. For hygiene reasons we recommend replacing mascara after 3 months once opened, even if there's product left.
